Privacy policy

Information we collect

SetChase stores your name, email address, a securely hashed version of your password, account and membership status, support requests, and the collection information you choose to add, including chase sets, holdings, costs, notes, and watch targets. We record basic first-party usage information such as pages visited, referral source, and a random visitor identifier.

Payments

Stripe processes membership payments. SetChase stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and billing status, but does not store complete card numbers or bank account details.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure your account, calculate collection progress and value, process memberships, answer support requests, improve SetChase, and diagnose service problems. We do not import MySlabStats customer records and do not sell personal information.

Marketplace links

Outbound marketplace links may include an affiliate campaign identifier and a non-personal SetChase reference identifying the set and card. This lets the marketplace attribute qualifying purchases and lets us understand which catalog links are useful. We do not place your name, email address, account ID, or collection notes in these links.

Service providers

SetChase uses infrastructure, payment, email, analytics, and marketplace providers to operate the service. They receive only the information needed to perform those services.

Retention and your choices

Collection data remains saved when a membership ends. You may request account access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting privacy@setchasetcg.com. Some billing and security records may be retained when required for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.

Security

We use encrypted connections, signed payment webhooks, restricted administrative access, secure password hashing, and server-side ownership checks. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
